We want you to love your My Violet pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition collections and sale items may be final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
